Terms of Service

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept PayPal payments or you may pay through our secure Shopping Cart with the major credit cards.
All prices are in US dollars.


SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days, once your payment has been cleared. Packages take approximately 2-7 days to arrive to its destination, depending to where its being shipped.

RETURN POLICY

1800skull wants you to be a happy customer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order that you receive from us. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied with our product(s), you may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of purchase. To return merchandize, please contact us to request a Return Authorization in order to return an item by sending an e-mail to [email protected] After you receive Authorization to return the item(s), please return the item(s) in its original condition within 7 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or store credit. We will refund once we receive the item. Please note that Shipping and Handling Charges, insurance and Return Postage are not refundable.



DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Claims for damaged goods due to shipping or shortage of merchandise must be reported to 1800skull upon receipt of the package. All damaged merchandise and packing materials must be kept in the original box for inspection by 1800skull. Note: An RA number must be obtained before returning merchandise to 1800skull.
